Custom and Print on Demand Products
Due to the custom nature of our Print on Demand process, all sales for these items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, an incorrect item was shipped, or there is a misprint on our part. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement.
Standard Products
We do accept returns under specific conditions. If you are not satisfied with a standard product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition with tags intact. We’ll provide guidance on the return process, including instructions on where to send your item.
To Start a Return:
Please contact us at AmericanPryde1776@gmail.com to initiate any return. Be sure to specify the product type so we can assist accordingly. We’ll provide instructions based on the item’s eligibility.
Return:
If your return is approved (for eligible non-custom products only), we’ll process a Return to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the Return.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
